Still need help?

Just provide us with 14 days written notice before you move. There are no long-term contracts or commitments; you only keep the storage unit for as long as you need.

Please email, write or call you storage location and we will confirm that notice has been received.

When you have collected your belongings, leave the storage unit in the same condition as when you began, remove your lock and return any keys or equipment we may have provided you with. As soon as we have access we will check over your storage unit and close the account accordingly.

We will presume that you are still using the storage unit and therefore charge you for the service. Please let us know as soon as you are ready to move out.

Please leave your storage unit in the same condition as when you began to use the service. If your unit is not clean and cleared of all your belongings then you may incur charges for cleaning and waste disposal. Or, for a small fee, we can clean it for you, please get in touch with your storage manager if you need this service.
