Excellent customer service from Clara, thanks so much! Helped pencil in a couple of different sized units due to the time they'd be available on the day I needed to move in. Really flexible, helpful and affordable, thanks so much!

Booking process was easy, staff were polite and friendly and emails were replied to quickly. On arrival everything went exactly as it should. Unloading is easy as you can park right in front of your locker. Plenty of room to get a large vehicle in and out. Overall very pleased with how it went. 5 stars!

If you require secure storage, Redspot self-storage Hungerford is very professionally run, and the containers are anti-condensation painted. worth a call.

Easy to get to, good connection to M4. The containers are fit for purpose, clean, dry and have proper flooring. Security is good and access is 24/7 .There is plenty of room to park right by your container and manoeuvre your vehicle in the compound . You will need to take a torch , or use your vehicle headlights, as the containers do not have lights. Excellent service, I'm very happy. Highly recommend.

We had great experience obtaining storage. Very easy, flexible and friendly. Exceptional value too. Will be using again if needed.

I contacted Red Spot need somewhere to store my belongings for a short period of time. George (owner) was ever so helpful and made sure I got what I needed and for when I needed it for. When I needed to move the dates forward they were very flexible and able to do this for me, as well as given us extra space as required. The access to the site was very good. The site was also very very secure. I would highly recommend using Red Spot if you need storage. I certainly will if I need to again.

Hi all, I have a disability and cannot use a phone, but the Team at Redspot went that extra mile to help me set things up via text then onto Emails, Clara has been fantastic through my time storing my items and i would highly recommend them to anyone that has a Disability and needs that extra help

Clean shipping container, in a suitably remote location well off the beaten track. Access roadways have either severe "sleeping policeman" type humps or alternatively large potholes, thus one star deducted. Pleasant and helpful management.

Helpful staff. Easy system. Clean unit. Convenient location. Happy to be supporting. Our farmers as they diversify.

Good location as very close to A34 for ease of access. Units were immaculate, I rented 2. One of which had excellent access, the other slightly more awkward as the Right hand door could only be opened 90 degrees, as another storage unit protruded several metres forward of mine. So unit 26 had excellent access, whereas number 22 was not as good.

Great storage facility and George was extremely accommodating in providing storage at very short notice.

I chose RedSpot Self Storage as they were significantly cheaper than the big guys in Newbury. I stored my stuff for two years and recently collected it when I moved house with no problems at all. Very customer focused business and were very helpful when I needed access or to send stuff from overseas to put into my unit. Their location is far easier to get to than other storage units in or around Newbury so no sitting in traffic. Would definitely use again.

I have a son close by to the Lambourn facility, so it was a great location to pop into each time I was in the area. The access is rural but easy to get to. Lots of room to manoeuvre car. Fabulous communication very efficient. A relatively seamless and worry-free experience.
