Have you seen storage wars? The program’s about selling the contents of storage units that have been forgotten about or customers who have not paid for using the storage space.
Don’t worry, selling the contents of a storage unit is always a last resort. But just like other storage companies, we do ask our customers to pay for the storage service – and always in advance.
We know that sometimes you may forget or are away on holidays, which is why we offer you the opportunity to provide us with a Direct Debit. However, if your fees are due, you will be sent an invoice as a reminder. If they become late we will contact you to remind you that your storage fees are due, and unfortunately we may have to charge additional administration fees for doing this.
If you still do not pay our system will automatically stop access to the storage facilities until your fees are brought up to date.
We are always here to talk if you are unable to make a payment on time, so please call as soon as you are able to see if we can make a plan.
We work really hard to provide you with an affordable, efficient and easy storage service. To help us to continue to do this, all we ask in return is you pay your storage fee you agreed to when you freely signed up and moved in.
