The majority of our customers prefer the convenience of paying by Direct Debit. Once set up, you can then pay your fees every four weeks until you advise us that you no longer require storage.

We also accept MasterCard and Visa debit/credit cards, cash and business cheque. Unfortunately we are unable to accept other types of cards at this time.

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay because it means you don’t forget to pay your storage fees.

No, but we can take payment over the phone or by Direct Debit.

To access your account area, the simplest way is to follow the link in your latest invoice. You can view your payment history, get a statement or print copies of past invoices.

All customers are required to pay a minimum security deposit of four weeks storage fees before storing any belongings. However, by providing us with your Direct Debit details we can reduce this to just one week’s fees.

You will be sent an invoice in advance of your fees becoming due. If we are unable to process payment then we will endeavour to contact you to notify you of this. Until the account is settled then you will be denied the use of your storage services.
