No. The price you get online or from a member of our team is the cost of your storage per week including VAT. This price is guaranteed as soon as you hold or reserve the storage unit.

There are three other things to consider:

• You will need a padlock to secure your storage unit (you can bring your own or buy one from us).
• You will need insurance cover for your belongings in storage.
• You will also be required to provide us at least two weeks security deposit (or more as applicable).

We do not charge extra for extended hours access – you can get 24 hours access on request. Otherwise, no, there are no hidden extras.

The cost of a storage unit depends on the size, location and how long you need the storage for.
