Yes. Security is very important to all our customers, and therefore we will ask you for two forms of identification before you store your items.

Please bring along one form of ID from group A and one from group B (less than 3 months old as at today’s date):

Group A: Driving Licence (current), Passport (valid), Employee ID card (photo).

Group B: Utilities bill (gas, electric, water), Council Tax bill (current year), bank statement, credit or store card statement, telephone bill, home/motor insurance documents, Council or Housing Association rent book, Tenancy agreement, pension book, DSS/benefits agency payment book.
