You will need to provide details of your storage arrangements with RedSpot Self Storage. Explain the full details and why you were not satisfied with either the service or secure storage we provide you with, together with confirmation that you have returned your storage unit back to RedSpot as required. There are a few Terms and Conditions which you should be aware of.
George will personally authorise a full refund.

All claims must be made within 24 hours of you taking possession of your storage unit.
